Transcript Request
(Curriculum and Continuing Education)

 

Official Western Piedmont Community College transcripts may be obtained by the following:

1.  Walk-ins

  • Transcripts are printed in Hildebrand Hall, room 104 between the hours of 11:30 am - 1:30 pm, Monday - Friday.  Please note that transcripts will not be printed during semester registration periods, graduation and/or end of term processes (class grading).

Three official transcripts per academic year may be obtained free of  charge;  thereafter, a $3.00 per transcript fee applies.

Student unoffical copies may be obtained through the above or though Pioneer Pass (currently available to students who have registered for curriculum classes within the past year).

Official transcripts cannot be released if there are any financial holds on the students’ record.  Financial holds may consist of items such as Parking Fine, Library Fine, Unpaid fees, etc...

 

Requesting High School, College/University and GED/Adult High School transcript:  It is the responsibility of the student to request an official transcript from the High School which they graduated from (unless the student has earned an Associates degree or higher from an accredited institution), and all colleges/universities they attended.  If the student did not graduate from High School, an official copy of the transcript in which they received their GED or Adult High School Diploma will be required. Please contact the Coordinator/Instructor, Adult HS Diploma Program at WPCC Continuing Education.

Students who received their GED or AHS diplomas out of North Carolina must contact the appropriate State Agency.
